To ensure an enjoyable visit:
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow a relaxed check-in and prepare for your treatment. Your esthetician and the time frame are specially reserved for you. To avoid delaying the next client, your treatment will end at the specified time or may not be available at all if you are late. Please bring sandals for your pedicure appointment.
Please present a Gift Certificate or Credit Notes upon arrival.
Reservation Policy
For Spa appointments that are longer than one hour or for multiple appointments in one day, we do ask that you provide us with a credit card to serve your appointment time. Your card will not be charged unless you fail to meet our cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy
Spa appointments have been especially reserved for you. If you need to cancel, please do so with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. For bridal parties and any events, we ask that you please do so within 48 hours’ notice. Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge for your services.
Spa Etiquette
Please respect the tranquility of our spa environment by turning off your cell phone during your visit to maintain a serene ambiance as a courtesy to all our clients. Remember you and others are here to relax. Also please note, that all treatments require the removal of jewelry. We recommend you leave your valuables at home; we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Assistance
If you become uncomfortable or need specific attention at any point during your time with us, please notify any one of our staff immediately. We are here to provide you with a beneficial experience. No one least of all your service provider wants you to suffer through a service that you find unpleasant, If you need more or less pressure in a massage, need a glass of water, or feel claustrophobic during a treatment, please speak up. We try our best to anticipate your needs and are not offended when you point them out to us.
Children
For your own comfort and the comfort of others as well as safety reasons, children should not be brought along. You will be responsible for any damages caused by the children as well as any injuries received or caused by them. In some cases, we may not be able to perform your services.
Refunds
For hygienic reasons, there are no returns or exchanges on products. We provide samples and testers for you to try before you buy. Please inform us if you have diabetes or have specific issues that may affect your treatment. We will be pleased to accommodate you to the best of our ability.
